Denise Joy - Blythe Road

Denise Joy reports that she has been contacted by residents suggesting that mobile CCTV camera points should be provided in Blythe Road to enable the deployment of mobile CCTV cameras.

Denise says, "Following calls from residents, the Borough Council has surveyed the road and the provision of mobile CCTV camera points would be possible but before proceeding with this I and my colleagues would like to know the views of local residents as to whether or not they would support this suggestion, and if so whether residents have a particular view as to the most appropriate location(s) bearing in mind that the camera points do need a power supply and thus are normally mounted on lamp posts.
